SaidGig is seeking an experienced product designer to shape UI/UX standards for web and game experiences, collaborating with researchers to define strong design principles and polished prototypes powered by advanced AI models.

You will translate patterns into evaluation rubrics, create interactive prototypes, review AI-generated interfaces, and explore visual styles across productivity tools and games.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a product designer, design lead, design engineer, or creative front-end engineer at a product-led or design-led company, or at a leading design agency.
• Hands-on experience building working web prototypes with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Tailwind, or AI-native tools such as Cursor, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or Framer.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and rapid prototyping.
• Senior-level design judgment and the ability to set direction and clearly explain design decisions.
• Clear written communication and the ability to deliver precise, constructive design feedback.

Role Overview

Shape the UI and UX standards used to evaluate and develop web and game experiences with advanced AI models. You will partner directly with researchers to define strong design principles, create polished prototypes that demonstrate them, and articulate why particular design choices are effective.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion and animation tools such as Framer Motion, GSAP, Rive, Lottie, or After Effects, as well as 3D, WebGL, or 2D or 3D game design, is valued but not required. Candidates do not need every preferred skill to apply.

Work Terms

United States-based, full-time weekday commitment of 40 hours per week.

Hourly W-2 employment, with payroll, benefits, and compliance support through an employer-of-record arrangement.

Work may involve placement with a leading AI research organization as part of its extended workforce.

Compensation

$80 to $110 per hour.
