Job summary

Clear Street is seeking a product designer to own design across trading surfaces, including research, order entry, position management, and portfolio views.

You will prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling, contribute to the evolving design system, and participate actively in product decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of shipping retail trading products (equities, options, futures, crypto, or combinations)
• Strong understanding of trading mechanics and user needs
• High level of craft, taste, and visual design quality
• Experience designing for mobile platforms
• Ability to prototype in code using AI assistance
• High degree of autonomy and self-direction
• No ego approach to collaboration
