Job summary

Raylu in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Product Designer to shape how investors find and act on deals. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth; this role thrives in a fast-paced early-stage environment where we ship weekly and learn from customers.

Users are partners, principals, and deal teams who work with dense data. You will design interfaces that are fast, trustworthy, and easy to scan, spanning from concept to shipped features and helping define what we build next.

Qualifications

• Showc ase shipped work including side projects and experiments.
• Curious to learn finance quickly; no finance background required.
• Startup product design experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own design end to end from problem to shipped product.
• Design for data-dense workflows turning maps, signals, research into fast interfaces.
• Ship weekly; learn from live usage and iterate.
• Own the outcome; measure impact and adjust.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools, Figma, or code.
• Collaborate closely with engineering on constraints and polish.
• Talk to users via interviews and usability tests.
• Build a design system and reusable components.
• Take ownership and drive priorities.
