Qualifications

One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in US/Canada.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead design efforts across multiple high-impact products in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will own the user experience and visual design for key features, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft intuitive, polished solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile setting, excels at turning ambiguous problems into clear design goals, and has a strong passion for B2B product design, especially in sales and marketing tech. Experience with prototyping, user research, and cross-platform projects will help you deliver elegant experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Lead design for flagship products and collaborate on cross-functional teams to deliver new features
• Iterate rapidly on prototypes and high-fidelity designs, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
• Elevate user experience standards across the product portfolio through strategic design thinking
• Translate complex workflows and data into clear, usable interfaces with attention to detail
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system
• Partner with engineering to ensure seamless handoff and polished product delivery

• 4+ years of hands-on product design experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design in B2B SaaS environments
• Skilled in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience or strong interest in sales/marketing tech and data visualization
• Bonus: familiarity with AI-driven products and strategic product thinking
