Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer - Benefits Servicing to shape end-to-end medical benefits experiences across Humana’s digital ecosystem, helping members understand and maximize their healthcare coverage with confidence.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to craft solutions that drive meaningful outcomes, improve member satisfaction, and enhance the overall care journey.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience designing responsive experiences across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Attention to detail with accessibility and pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience in healthcare/regulated industries preferred.
