What’s the opportunity?

WorkRamp is looking for a talented product designer with a strong background in user experience and visual design to join our design team. We are building brand-new (0-->1) products while continuously improving existing solutions used by millions of enterprise users. We operate with a startup mindset, which means moving quickly through intuition, while also keeping a high design bar for customers.

What will I be doing?

You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and influence all aspects of design at WorkRamp. You will be working on both our core LMS product and new 0 to 1 AI features on our roadmap. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with the Founders directly to help build and ship products quickly.
2. Working with PMs and Engineering on the day-to-day execution of our broad product suite.
3. Owning and maintaining the design system to enable rapid development.
4. Collaborating with the marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure product & brand design consistency.
5. Helping manage design agencies we work with on both product and marketing.

What skills do I need?

1. 5+ years of experience in product design.
2. 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS.
3. Previous startup experience.
4. Expertise in Figma.
5. Strong understanding of new AI UX patterns.
6. Ability to collaborate well with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to disagree and commit.
7. High sense of urgency, organization, and a bias toward action.

This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year

Compensation

WorkRamp is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 annually.

Employees at WorkRamp may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus, commission, and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee perks, and others. The full comp package designated for this role can be discussed with your Recruiter during the interview process.
