What’s the opportunity?
WorkRamp is looking for a talented product designer with a strong background in user experience and visual design to join our design team. We are building brand-new (0-->1) products while continuously improving existing solutions used by millions of enterprise users. We operate with a startup mindset, which means moving quickly through intuition, while also keeping a high design bar for customers.
What will I be doing?
You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and influence all aspects of design at WorkRamp. You will be working on both our core LMS product and new 0 to 1 AI features on our roadmap. Key responsibilities will include:

Compensation
WorkRamp is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 annually.
Employees at WorkRamp may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus, commission, and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee perks, and others. The full comp package designated for this role can be discussed with your Recruiter during the interview process.
