• Base Salary Range: $137,244 – $318,960 annually

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer on the Promote team, you’ll shape the user experience for TikTok’s fast-growing consumer advertising products. You’ll design tools that help creators and small businesses grow their reach, while solving strategic and technical UX challenges in collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Lead the UX/UI design for consumer advertising tools aimed at increasing content reach and monetization
• Deeply understand product goals and revenue impact; use this knowledge to design and improve key features
• Design intuitive, high-quality product flows across complex scenarios and edge cases
• Develop and test early-stage prototypes to validate ideas
• Influence product strategy and contribute to broader UX initiatives across teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, researchers, and marketers
• Contribute design thinking across product education, customer success, and research touchpoints

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated success shipping end-to-end product design in complex systems
• Experience in ads, monetization, or feed-based product environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; thrives in cross-functional settings
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with a sharp eye for UI detail
• Self-driven and proactive in ambiguous, fast-paced projects
• Open to critique and frequent design iteration
• 5+ years of product design experience
• Background or interest in data visualization
• History of launching 0-to-1 products
• Comfortable solving high-ambiguity problems
• Resilient mindset with a passion for delivering impactful solutions
• Work on cutting-edge creator growth and monetization tools
