Job summary

Trove, a NYC-based collectibles startup, is hiring a senior product designer to own profiles, loyalty, and collection tools across iOS, web, and Android. You will build and maintain the design system our teams rely on to ship fast while keeping quality high.

You’ll work with engineering from first sketch to a live feature, drawing input from brand, loyalty, and founders. Expect 6+ years of product design and a strong consumer portfolio in a fast-paced early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design with a portfolio of consumer products you've helped build.
• Shipped work on iOS, Android, and web.
• Deep Figma expertise.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• AI is built into your design workflow, with your own judgment making the final call.
• You've spent time at an early stage company and executed with very little structure.

Responsibilities

• Own areas of the product for profiles, loyalty, and collection tools.
• Design system and component library; keep UI consistent.
• Collaborate with engineering from sketches to shipped features.
• Prototype often; incorporate AI in the design workflow.
• Help the team move fast while maintaining high quality.
• Create experiences that feel simple and cohesive.
