Triumph’s Rips team seeks a Product Designer to shape the mobile and web experience for our collectibles trading card app. You will collaborate with the Product Manager to evolve our design system, deliver end-to-end flows, and help scale to Android and web while maintaining a cohesive, high-velocity product.

You’ll design for iOS with an eye toward game-like mechanics, motion, and delightful interactions, and partner with engineering to ship features in days, not weeks.

Competenze

• 1–2+ years of product design experience on consumer-facing iOS apps.
• Expertise designing for iOS/Apple Platform and cross‑platform expansion to Android and web.
• Experience designing for consumer engagement (game loops, progression, rewards) and turning complex concepts into intuitive flows.
• Passion for motion, illustration, animations, and high-quality interaction design.
• Tenacity, pragmatism, and scrappiness—prioritize impactful work based on data and user feedback.

Mansioni

• Ship product design end-to-end for Rips: user research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready assets.
• Iterate on a mature design system to keep Rips cohesive and evolving.
• Create interaction patterns native to iOS and scalable to web/Android.
• Design surfaces for consumer experiences—game-like mechanics and collectibles.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to validate ideas and move from concept to live features quickly.
• Contribute to brand moments in-product through illustration, motion, and micro-copy.
