A fast-growing Series A startup building AI-powered tools for B2B sales teams is seeking a Senior Product Designer to play a central role in shaping both current product experiences and forward-looking design strategy. This position combines hands-on product design with high-level design thinking, offering a chance to influence the user experience of a next-generation sales intelligence platform.

This is an onsite role based in Mountain View, California.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Product Design: Own the design process from early concept sketches and wireframes to polished interfaces, delivering thoughtful and consistent user experiences across the product.
• Designing Clear, Scalable Structures: Refine and enhance the product’s structure to improve usability, comprehension, and user satisfaction.
• User Research & Insight Integration: Work with product managers to plan and conduct user research, uncover behavior patterns, and apply those learnings to design decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, customer success teams, and GTM stakeholders to iterate quickly and deliver solutions that reflect user needs and business goals.
• Vision & Strategy Development: Collaborate with product leadership to articulate a long-term design vision aligned with the company’s growth roadmap. Craft compelling visual narratives that reflect that future.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Background: At least 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong foundation in B2B SaaS. Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments is a strong plus.
• Product Led Growth Experience: Some experience designing for a Product-Led Growth platform is required.
• Design Skillset: Expertise across UX, UI, and interaction design. You have a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful solutions to complex design challenges.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to zoom out and craft a high-level design strategy, while still enjoying the hands-on work required to bring it to life.
• Proactive & Accountable: You take initiative and act with ownership, aiming to make measurable business impact through design.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Strong communicator and collaborator, with experience guiding or mentoring fellow designers.

Comp and Benefits

$165,000 - $195,000, depending on experience
