Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading product design and owning design problems end to end.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work and strong problem solving.
• Consumer mobile design experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently.
• Experience in consumer-facing marketplaces or commerce.
• Experience creating products for global users.
• Experience creating highly accessible products.
• Ability to create high‑fidelity prototypes.

You'll work on designs that reimagine what an offer can be, turning complex UX challenges into clear, usable experiences from concept through shipping and beyond. The role blends hands‑on craft with strategic collaboration, including defining requirements with product leaders rather than only translating existing specs into design.

What you'll do

• Own design problems end to end, spanning initial concept, execution, shipping, and continued follow-through
• Create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to solve complex UX problems
• Design and evolve design systems that support simple, elegant experiences
• Collaborate with product to define requirements and align on outcomes
• Identify future opportunities and serve as a key thought partner across product, engineering, and operations
• Partner with UX research to understand customer needs and inform design decisions

What you'll bring

New York City compensation: The base salary range for this role is USD $153,000 per year to USD $170,000 per year.

Work location: Offices remain key to collaboration and culture. Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in the office. Some roles may require full-time in-office presence; ask your Recruiter's details about this role's requirements.
