Job summary

Swimply is redefining local experiences by pairing homeowners with guests through an Airbnb-like model for pools and more. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who will own end-to-end experiences, shape Swimply’s visual language, and apply product marketing instincts to turn browsers into bookers and hosts into advocates.

You’ll lead design for web and mobile, collaborate across Growth, Product, and Ops, and expand our design system to scale. Remote-first setting with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in consumer product design.
• Strong portfolio of conversion-focused experiences.
• Experience in product marketing or cross-functional storytelling.
• Proficiency with Figma and analytics tools.
• Comfort shipping in a fast-paced startup.
• Bonus: experience designing for two-sided marketplaces or community platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the design lifecycle for web and mobile features from discovery to shipped experiences.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Ops to optimize flows for conversion and retention.
• Shape go-to-market narratives and support positioning, messaging, and campaign design.
• Expand Swimply's design system to scale consistency across journeys and touchpoints.
• Partner with Product, Ops, and Engineering to tie design decisions to growth goals.
• Advocate for host and guest needs through research and testing.
