  6. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize user experiences
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design patterns, and UX best practices to infuse innovative and cutting-edge solutions into our products
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and a seamless transition from acquisition channels to the product experience
  9. Collaborate with business owners to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and create effective design solutions that drive business results
  10. Partner closely with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and push the boundaries of what's possible
  11. Mentor and give feedback with emotional intelligence to teammates and cross-functional partners.

  2. Delivers consistent, polished, and balanced layouts, through typography, color, and visual hierarchy;
  3. Uses prototypes as a foundational piece of your design process both to identify appropriate solutions and influence collaborators;
  4. Solves user problems in creative ways that go beyond obvious, expected solutions;
  5. Demonstrates high emotional intelligence when interacting with teammates and other co-workers;
  6. Presents designs clearly and confidently to facilitate useful feedback while shifting approach based on the audience and desired outcome;
  7. Takes initiative and accountability for timelines and outcomes;
