Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery Sports is seeking a Staff Product Designer for Bleacher Report to influence product direction across digital platforms. You will collaborate with design, product, engineering, and research teams to deliver customer-centered experiences tailored to sports fans, across apps, web, and social channels.

You will mentor designers, advance design systems, and explore AI-powered workflows to elevate UX and business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing digital consumer products.
• Proven track record leading complex, ambiguous initiatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
• Experience influencing product strategy across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leveraging research, analytics, and experimentation to shape direction.
• Experience with AI-native products or emerging technologies preferred.
• Demonstrated success mentoring designers.
• Experience designing large-scale consumer platforms or multi-product experiences.
• Experience in sports, media, entertainment, streaming, gaming, or consumer technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple products and experiences.
• Partner with Design Operations, PMs, Engineers, UIs researchers, and stakeholders to define solutions.
• Translate insights, objectives, and constraints into intuitive experiences.
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Leverage research, analytics, and market insights to inform decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable components.
• Apply systems thinking across the sports fan ecosystem.
• Participate in roadmaps to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Mentor and support other designers through feedback and critique.
• Explore AI-powered experiences to improve customer outcomes.
