AutogenAI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of our AI proposal platform. You will work across UX and UI with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to define how users collaborate with AI in daily workflows.

This hands-on role offers growth into strategic ownership as impact grows. Preferred location includes the Northern Virginia/DC Metro GovCon corridor, with NYC consideration for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Designer with experience shaping enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong UX thinking and ability to frame problems clearly for multi-step workflows.
• Proven communication skills and collaboration with product, engineering, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn problems into product by defining user problems and translating into flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design AI-assisted workflows that let users co-write with AI and understand system behavior.
• Own end-to-end journeys from discovery to final UI, iterating with research and stakeholders.
• Contribute to a design system to ensure coherent, accessible, and polished experiences.
• Advocate for users by conducting or supporting usability sessions and feeding insights into decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers on implementation details and QA to ensure design intent is preserved.
