Qualifications

• 6+ years in a design role for a B2B SaaS company dealing with high data volume and complex workflows.
• Proven background embedded within a high-performance engineering team, with UI as a core differentiator.
• Strong portfolio showing workflow design, data-dense UI, and design+engineering collaboration.
• Experience translating complex technical processes into clear experiences.

Responsabilités

• Human + Agent Experience Design: design workflows for humans and intelligent agents to solve security tasks.
• Dual-Persona UX Research & Design: work with service provider analysts and SMB end-users to ensure adoption and value.
• Design Delivery: create wireframes, IA, interaction models, and prototypes.
• Rapid User Testing & Validation: facilitate usability tests and turn insights into iterations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with engineers and product to balance feasibility, cost, and complexity.
• Establish UX Standards: contribute to design system and accessibility guidelines for an AI-driven platform.
