Job summary

Taktile is seeking a Senior Product Designer to translate highly technical problems into clean, scalable user experiences. You will own end-to-end design for your team and collaborate with engineers, marketing and sales to help users make smarter, safer decisions at scale.

The role is based in Berlin or London (not full remote) with a focus on AI-enabled decision platforms and a modern Design System. You will join a diverse design team and influence product direction at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design for B2B SaaS/fintech.
• Experience leading design for a product area or cross-functional team.
• Strong systems thinking; design complex workflows.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user experiences.
• Experience driving discovery with Product and Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead all design efforts for a cross functional team.
• Apply design thinking to complex technical problems.
• Learn from user research and voice of customers in development.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Link business strategy, tech and design to impact users and goals.
• Validate concepts against business needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented in code.
• Contribute to and work with our Design System.
• Collaborate with other designers for coherent UX.
