Job summary

Taktile enables financial institutions to transform into AI-native organizations using its Agentic Decision Platform. This Senior Solutions Engineer role focuses on enterprise pre-sales, crafting AI-driven solutions and proving value through POCs and live demos.

You will bridge prospects and our platform, manage technical evaluations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to win high-value enterprise deals. Berlin-based with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Python production coding
• Experience designing, integrating, and authenticating REST APIs
• Experience building, tuning or deploying ML models (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow) in production
• AI use cases in financial services (fraud, credit, underwriting) is a strong plus
• Ability to explain model workings to CTOs and risk managers
• Domain expertise in financial services industry

Responsibilities

• Translate customer priorities into high-impact AI use cases during sales cycles
• Lead proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML models, and platform demos
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design solutions on the Agentic Decisioning Platform
• Articulate ROI and create a strategic roadmap to senior stakeholders up to C-level
• Share competitive insights with product and GTM teams to inform roadmap
• Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for scale
• Lead discovery for new use cases and provide feedback to the product team
