Qualifications

• 4+ years designing digital products.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
• Fintech experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in prototyping, UI/UX, interaction design, and visual polish.
• Strong collaboration and ability to present to executives.
• Experience contributing to a design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for end-to-end product features across surfaces.
• Own complex design problems from exploration to execution.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape scope and flows.
• Define interaction patterns and scalable, accessible solutions informed by data.
• Develop prototypes to test concepts and drive alignment.
• Maintain high design quality across micro-interactions and overall experience.
• Communicate ideas clearly in critiques and stakeholder reviews.
• Contribute to design system enhancements and advocate for quality.
