Job summary

Dispatch is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for a core area of the platform, focusing on custodial and data workflows. You will lead problem framing through delivery, shaping high-impact experiences for financial professionals and their teams.

You will craft complex, data-dense interfaces, collaborate with engineers and PMs, and contribute to growing the design function and design system. This role offers remote work in the USA or in NYC office as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI.
• Portfolio showing ownership from discovery through shipped features on real products.
• Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces or workflow tools.
• Meaningful contribution to design systems: components, patterns, or documentation.
• Research planning and usability testing; turn findings into design decisions.
• Ability to communicate the "why" behind design decisions across engineering, product, and business.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in time-sensitive, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for a core area of the Dispatch platform: the custodian and data workflows.
• Lead the definition of high-impact product experiences from problem framing to delivery.
• Design complex, data-dense UX for financial advisors and support teams.
• Weave new capabilities into existing workflows to keep the product coherent and scalable.
• Collaborate with engineering & product management; provide hands-on implementation guidance.
• Advocate for design as a function and contribute to building the design system.
