Senior Product Designer, Extension and Mobile App — Remote, United States

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts for Apollo’s Extension and Mobile App surfaces, shaping how users engage with Apollo across their workflows. These platforms extend Apollo’s value beyond the web app, delivering seamless experiences that integrate into users’ daily tools and routines. Designers partner with PMs, Engineers, and other Designers to define and design the next generation of Apollo’s mobile and extension experiences, leveraging research and data to craft thoughtful solutions.

This high-impact role directly influences Apollo’s mission to be the all-in-one GTM platform, ensuring every interaction feels effortless and powerful.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design for Apollo’s Extension and Mobile App, ensuring best-in-class user experiences for quick, efficient, and high-frequency interactions.
  • Partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities through research, data, and experimentation.
  • Design for scale and consistency by contributing to a cross-platform design system that bridges web, extension, and mobile surfaces.
  • Create intuitive workflows for prospecting, outreach, and other core Apollo actions in the extension or mobile app.
  • Explore and design AI-powered features that drive efficiency and provide contextual support within extension and mobile touchpoints.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, using user feedback and data to validate solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive experience between mobile, extension, and web.
  • Advocate for the user by conducting interviews, usability tests, and leveraging analytics to inform decisions.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with designing for React applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, modular, and platform-agnostic.
  • Expert design instincts and best-practice knowledge to translate problems, goals, business objectives, and technical constraints into strong product experiences.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects.
  • Experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma.
  • Avid learner, staying up to date with design tools (e.g., Figma) and industry standards to improve customer experience and core metrics.
  • Passion for typography and copywriting, with the ability to craft simple, compelling microcopy for UI.

The listed pay range reflects base salary range; for the role, the range may include On Target Earnings (OTE) where applicable, and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Annual Pay Range

$182,750 - $215,000 USD
