• 7+ years of professional product or UI design experience, ideally on complex products.
• Built and scaled design systems with detailed UI documentation.
• Strong Figma expertise with hands-on design system management.

• Design and refine UX for Molecule’s core web and mobile apps from concept to launch.
• Own and expand the Design System, building scalable, accessible components.
• Deliver polished UI components with clear documentation and guidelines.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully.
• Apply WCAG standards and test prototypes with users to iterate quickly.
• Lead design work, brainstorms, and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Contribute to Molecule’s visual identity across product and brand assets.
