Job summary

Reevo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead its design system end to end in San Francisco, onsite. You will govern components, tokens, documentation, and the system roadmap while delivering real design work that tests the system across platforms and AI-infused experiences.

You have 8+ years shipping end-to-end product design, with strong B2B SaaS background, and a proven ability to balance governance with hands-on design.

Job description

Reevo is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead its design system end to end, shaping how components, patterns, and documentation come together across the product. This role is built for someone who can both govern a system and stress-test it through real design work, including experiences that AI agents generate on-system.

What you’ll do

• Own the system end to end, covering components, documentation, governance, and the design system roadmap.
• Drive what gets built next and bring in design leadership when additional support is needed.
• Build and evolve the system, taking it from tokens through atomic components to composed patterns, while ensuring it holds up across platforms and is structured for AI agents to generate on-system experiences.
• Prototype and pressure-test components and patterns, iterating with designers and engineers who use them, and validating against user feedback and business goals.
• Keep documentation self-sustaining by designing the tooling and process that make guidance current and useful, including clarity on what a component is and when and why to use it.
• Stay in the product by taking on end-to-end product design work that stress-tests the design system in real use.
• Serve design and engineering through strong relationships with the teams that depend on the system, identifying blockers, and prioritizing the work that unblocks them.
• Drive adoption and maintain quality across teams by reviewing contributions, setting a quality bar, and using guardrails so what ships on-system stays consistent whether built by a person or an agent, without creating a bottleneck.

What you bring

• 8+ years designing products in a fast-paced environment, ideally in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years building and owning a design system.
• A product design background that includes shipping end-to-end work, not only systems-focused design.
• Evidence of ownership beyond components: documentation, contribution and governance models, adoption, and versioning.
• A track record of earning trust with designers and engineers, with your roadmap shaped by their needs.
• Fluency in component construction and comfort discussing component APIs, tokens, and implementation tradeoffs with engineers.
• Genuine interest in building a system that AI agents create with.
• Self-starting approach in ambiguity: finding problems, deciding what matters, and moving forward while pulling in leadership when support is needed.
• A high craft bar and persistence through the details people often skip, including edge cases, deprecations, and keeping docs current.
