Job summary

Reevo in San Francisco is seeking a product designer at the start of their career to build with AI and learn the craft in a room full of people doing the work.

You\'ll own pieces of the product, ship them, and see customers use what you made within weeks. You\'ll work from our San Francisco or Santa Clara office five days a week with mentorship from senior designers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional product design experience, including new grads.
• A portfolio of real design work that speaks for itself.
• You're already using AI tools in daily practice.
• Strong instincts for craft and fast learning.
• Curiosity and a technical bent; comfortable with a codebase and terminal.
• High agency; proactive in raising problems early.
• Based in the Bay Area and in office five days a week at SF or Santa Clara.
• No B2B or sales software experience required; domain will be taught.

Responsibilities

• Own real work: take well-scoped design problems end to end and deliver them with guidance.

The Role:

We're looking for a product designer at the start of their career — someone who is already building with AI, and who wants to learn the craft in a room full of people doing the work.

You'll own pieces of the product, ship them, and see customers use what you made within weeks. You'll do it with a lot of support: you'll work from our San Francisco or Santa Clara office next to senior designers and the engineers and product managers you build with, and the structure, feedback, and mentorship come from being in the room with them every day.

We think the job is changing faster than most curricula have caught up with, and that's an advantage for you. Our designers prototype in code, command agents, and ship their own front-end work. If you've been building things with AI tools because you wanted to, not because a class told you to, you're the kind of person we're looking for.

What You Will Do:

Own real work: Take well-scoped design problems end to end — flows, states, edge cases, the details — and deliver them on time, with a lead or a senior designer close by.

Build, don't just mock: Prototype in code, use agents to get to something clickable fast, and put half-baked ideas in front of people early. Prototyping something rough to react to is a feature, not a bug.

Learn the customer: Sit in on sales calls and customer recordings, learn how SDRs, AEs, sales managers, and RevOps leaders actually work, and let that — not taste alone — drive your decisions.

Use the system, and improve it: Build on our design system rather than around it. When it doesn't have what you need, say so, and help make the case for what should exist.

Ask, share, and get better fast: Bring work to crit early and often. Share the tools and techniques you're finding — on this team, the newest person is frequently the one who discovers the next workflow everyone adopts.

Show your thinking: Explain what you made and why. You won't always be right; we care that you can be clear about the call you made and change it when the evidence says to.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of professional product design experience, including new grads. Internships, freelance work, and things you built on your own all count.

• A portfolio of real design work, and real things you've built. Let the work speak for itself — we're not looking for long write-ups or process explanations.

• You're already using AI tools in your daily practice and you're building things with them. This is the closest thing we have to a hard requirement at this level.

• Strong instincts for craft and a visible interest in getting better at it, fast.

• Curiosity and a technical bent. You're not afraid of a codebase, a terminal, or a tool you've never used.

• High agency. You ask for what you need, raise problems early, and don't wait to be assigned.

• Based in the Bay Area and in office five days a week — at either our San Francisco or our Santa Clara office, with one day a week in Santa Clara.

• No B2B or sales software experience required. We'll teach you the domain.
