Job summary

SplitMetrics is a global software company with an ecosystem of products serving top mobile-first businesses. We are looking for a Product Designer with strong product sense to craft solutions for complex B2B and analytical workflows.

You will design end-to-end product experiences across our ecosystem, own information architecture, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve the design system and user flows. Remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or analytics.
• Strong product sense—understand goals, business context, and user needs.
• Hands-on experience designing data-heavy interfaces.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences for the ecosystem of products.
• Use analytics and research insights to inform design decisions and vision.
• Own the information architecture and link to user goals as the product grows.
• Drive prototyping processes with product and engineering teams.
• Advocate for a behavioral approach to design across teams.
• Visualize complex data and create flows for quick information comprehension.
• Work on agentic flows guiding users to goals and AI interaction patterns.
• Own small features from discovery to handoff to engineers.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency.
