Qualifications

• Lead with a user-first approach addressing user needs, behaviors, and insights from research.
• Map end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate mastery in designing complex web interfaces with functional, visually engaging layouts.
• Proficient in Figma and Miro to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Contribute to a global design system and reusable components.
• Translate intricate requirements into clear design solutions for complex systems.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align with business goals.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of banking product experiences with a consumer-focused lens.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform requirements into usable interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design system components for consistency across products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs in Figma; communicate interaction models.
