• Curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies can improve real customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of new products and features, bringing clarity to complex, cross-functional challenges.
• Work across multiple product areas, balancing shifting priorities while making informed decisions and moving quickly.
• Partner closely with product and engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and drive products from concept to launch.
• Get involved early, when problems are still messy and directions aren't set, and shape the conversation, not just respond to it.
• Prototype ideas, test assumptions, and iterate based on customer feedback and product data.
• Balance long-term product vision with fast-paced execution, making thoughtful tradeoffs as priorities evolve.
• Raise the bar for the overall product experience while contributing to the evolution of our design system.
