Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate Product & Solution Design to join our Digital Office within the Legal, Risk Management and Compliance organization. You will develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize concepts and validate solutions.

Collaborate with developers, AI specialists, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user journeys and design guidance, contributing to reusable patterns across LRMC Digital products.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience in product design, UX/UI design, digital solution design, business analysis, product management, or related discipline.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discovery sessions and translating needs into journeys, workflows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Prototyping using modern design tools, with AI-assisted design platforms such as Lovable or Copilot.
• Understanding web apps, AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise platforms; collaboration with tech teams.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Power Platform; Agile/product development practices preferred.
• Strong visual communication, storytelling, and user-centered design mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements.
• Participate in client sessions to understand needs and refine ideas into opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user journeys and workflows with applicable tech.
• Collaborate with developers, data resources, and solution architects to ensure buildable designs.
• Contribute to reusable design patterns, standards, and practices across LRMC Digital portfolio.
• Uphold integrity and professionalism within KPMG's work environment.
