Job summary

DISCO is seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft user-centered experiences for its AI-powered legal solutions. You will lead complex design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape design systems to ensure consistency across products.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in product design, strong Figma skills, and a passion for translating research into tangible, delightful interfaces.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in product design or UX design.
Proficiency in Figma and complementary design tools for prototyping, wireframing, and collaboration.
Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong visual design skills and understanding of typography, color, layout.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth user research and communicate learnings across the team.
Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on design strategy.
Contribute to patterns, shared practices, and design consistency across products.
Help design AI-empowered workflows and maintain human-centered oversight.
