Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Product Designer with a Creative Developer mindset to blend UI/UX design with hands-on AI-assisted development. You will transform complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences and leverage AI-powered tools to prototype, implement UI components, and accelerate design-to-code workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to validate ideas, maintain design consistency, and bridge design with development in a 100% remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio of digital product design across web/mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design, IA, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and frontend concepts.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for coding, rapid prototyping, or frontend development.
• Ability to turn design concepts into prototypes or working interfaces via AI workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research to usability testing.
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually engaging experiences.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping and UI implementation.
• Build prototypes and implement UI components using AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate concepts.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
• Communicate design rationale and incorporate feedback throughout the lifecycle.
• Balance UX, visuals, technical constraints, and product priorities.
