CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is hiring a Lead Product Designer to own end-to-end experiences in complex, regulated domains. You will partner with product, engineering, research, and data to turn ambiguity into scalable, high-impact solutions.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and synthesis while maintaining coherence across a large ecosystem. A strong portfolio and user-centered mindset are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years designing in complex or regulated domains (fintech, healthtech, insurtech, enterprise SaaS, etc).
Portfolio or website link must be included in resume to be considered.
Strong grounding in user-centered design and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end experiences within a business vertical or product portfolio.
Design and evolve complex workflows serving diverse user personas.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and testing.
Present and advocate design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
