Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Designer to own end-to-end experiences within a product portfolio, collaborating with product, engineering, research, and data to turn ambiguity into scalable, high-impact solutions.

You will design complex workflows for diverse user personas, leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping, and present decisions to executives, while mentoring teams and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing in complex or regulated domains (fintech, healthtech, insurtech, enterprise SaaS, etc.).
• End-to-end workflow design experience for complex problems.
• User-centered design and systems thinking.
• Engaging directly with users and customers to uncover insights and iterate quickly.
• Able to align stakeholders and drive meaningful outcomes.
• Proficient with modern design tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Educational background in design, psychology, applied anthropology, sociology, innovation, or equivalent.
• Case studies demonstrating thought process and measurable outcomes across multiple projects.
• Portfolio or website link (password if needed) must be included in resume.

Salary range is: $119,030.52 - $150,000.00 This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.
