You’ll own end-to-end design, work with product and engineering, and bring AI-assisted thinking to life in scalable, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience at technology companies.
• End-to-end execution from framing to shipped outcomes.
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows for rapid prototyping.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams.
• Experience designing for developers or technical audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Think like a builder: sketch, wireframe, and prototype quickly and iterate toward real product outcomes.
• Use AI as a creative partner to extend capabilities and explore interaction patterns.
• Get close to the problem: learn how developers use ngrok and where they get stuck.
• Contribute to product direction by clarifying problems and exploring solutions.
• Maintain a high craft bar across interaction and visual design, copy, and edge cases.
• Lead projects when needed and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Make thinking legible by documenting decisions and rationale.
• Contribute to the design team and elevate shared standards.
