Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional product teams and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UI/UX for analytic products from concept to production-ready interfaces.
• Partner with Business Product Owners to map ideas and refine stakeholder needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex data displays.
• Maintain design consistency across products with shared patterns and a scalable system.
• Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing with insurance professionals.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible and faithful implementation.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and prioritise improvements.
• Present design work and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
