eNGINE is hiring a Senior Product Designer who thrives on tackling complexity — someone who can bring creativity, systems thinking, and user‑centered design to shape one of our most critical financial products. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, crafting intuitive experiences, and elevating the design practice across the organization.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends strategy, execution, and collaboration — perfect for a designer who loves solving intricate problems and making an impact through thoughtful design.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with empathy. Champion a user‑first mindset, translating research insights and behavioral data into seamless, human‑centered product experiences.
• Map the journey. Visualize and analyze end‑to‑end user journeys across customer, operations, and servicing touchpoints to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Design elegant complexity. Create high‑quality, functional, and visually refined web interfaces and workflows for complex systems. Use animation and micro‑interactions to simplify tasks and guide users intuitively.
• Collaborate across disciplines. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with goals, constraints, and implementation realities.
• Shape and scale the system. Contribute to and evolve our global design system, developing reusable components and patterns that promote consistency and efficiency across teams.
• Communicate with clarity. Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, using storytelling to inspire alignment and excitement around the product vision.
• Mentor and elevate. Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and design excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep experience designing for complex, data‑rich systems — ideally in finance, enterprise, or similarly sophisticated environments.
• Proven expertise in interaction and UI design, with the ability to balance form and function in intricate workflows.
• Mastery of Figma, Miro, and other modern design tools for creating high‑fidelity prototypes and specs.
• Strong understanding of design systems and how to scale consistent, reusable design patterns across multiple products.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for simplifying the complex and rallying cross‑functional teams around a shared vision.
