At Wizehire, we’re redefining hiring for small businesses—and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us do it. As part of our Product Experience Design team, you’ll design meaningful, intuitive tools that help business owners and job seekers connect with confidence. This is a unique opportunity to work on AI-powered hiring solutions, co-govern our design system, and lead user research efforts—all while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other designers. You’ll bring both systems thinking and sharp craft to our platform, improving how people post jobs, manage candidates, and build great teams. Responsibilities: • Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences across the Wizehire platform—from job posting to candidate management. • Lead and support design research initiatives to uncover insights and identify opportunities that drive product innovation. • Apply systems thinking to evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring scalable, cohesive experiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CX) to gain clarity, alignment, and deliver high-quality outcomes. • Prototype and test ideas quickly, balancing qualitative insights with product and usage data. • Contribute to and advocate for a strong design culture rooted in collaboration, feedback, and thoughtful critique. • Provide design QA and partner with developers to ensure design quality in production. Qualifications: Must-Haves: • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related discipline. • A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking, research, interaction design, and visual execution. • Expertise in Figma and familiarity with modern prototyping and collaboration tools. • Experience designing and shipping digital products in agile, cross-functional environments. • Deep knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, interaction patterns, and accessibility. • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can clearly explain design choices and advocate for users. • A thoughtful, collaborative mindset—you work well with others and thrive in fast-moving environments. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience designing B2B SaaS or HR/recruiting platforms. • Familiarity with prototyping using tools like v0, Cursor, VS Copilot, or Bolt. • A background in creating digital solutions for small business owners or job seekers. • Formal training or strong self-driven knowledge in inclusive and accessible design practices. • An eye for detail and a love of visual polish—without sacrificing clarity or usability. Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 yearly
