Overview

Measurabl is seeking an experienced senior leader for our Product Design team. The role may be considered at the level of Senior or Principal Design Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on designing intuitive, efficient user experiences that simplify complex data workflows.
• Develop and refine our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across solutions.
• Create information architectures and user workflows aligned with customer needs.
• Adopt a lean, iterative design approach incorporating customer feedback.
• Communicate design decisions effectively with stakeholders.
• Represent the customer’s voice for enterprise clients, ensuring designs meet their evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, user workflows, and information architecture.
• Experience with developing and maintaining design systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading user research and feedback sessions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Experience with data management, ESG, or proptech is a plus.
