We’re working with a rapidly growing consumer wellness startup that’s redefining how people engage with food, health, and everyday well-being. Backed by top-tier investors and led by a product-driven founding team, they’re building a mobile-first platform using modern design tools and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity (2–3 days onsite) in either New York City or San Francisco .
This is an incredible opportunity for a design leader who loves early-stage momentum and thrives in collaborative environments. You’ll be the second full-time designer on the team, partnering directly with the founding design and product org. They’re looking for someone who loves owning end-to-end UX / UI challenges, evolving design systems, and shaping a product that impacts lives. Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
Fluency in Figma and modern design system tooling
Experience collaborating with engineers and product teams in fast-paced environments
Desired Skills & Experience
Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
Interest or background in wellness, health tech, or habit-building products
Systems thinking and a love for thoughtful, consistent design
Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally

100% Figma and collaborative design tooling
Native mobile and web (iOS / Android + React-based platforms)
