Job summary
Pearl is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape visual assets across our AI-enabled dental care products. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver cohesive design systems and compelling visuals that meet business goals.
The role offers remote work with international candidates considered, aligning with New York time zones for scheduling. A strong portfolio and 6+ years in visual/product design are preferred.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional expertise in Visual product Design, and Web Design.
- Proven experience in developing cohesive brand identities through product design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of graphics creation and AI tools.
- Proficiency in working with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design software.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing and product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic / Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus

The Senior Product Desginer will play a critical role in shaping the company's visual aspect across all products, ensuring consistency and creativity. Daily tasks include creating high-quality visual assets and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, to meet business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to innovate and elevate the products’ visuals in a fast-paced and creative environment.
