Job Description

You'll have the chance to create innovative user experiences, craft beautifully designed artifacts, and inspire the organization with your vision and prototypes. You enjoy creating closely with product managers and

engineering leveraging the strength of your disciplines to build amazing products. You’ll have direct access to a unique user base to shape and inform your design directions. You love owning complex interaction problems to drive efficient and elegant interaction design. As part of our product and design team, you will be a critical member of our investment in design to elevate our entire product offering. This is a unique opportunity to

reshape how sophisticated financial professionals interact with investment technologies. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Product Designer with experience in designing for complex experiences end-to-end. This role is

perfect for someone who excels in both hands-on design work and end-to-end strategic design planning. You will be a key member in a small group of talented driven individuals modernizing a robust product offering through design.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio

• Experience working on open ended design discovery, conducting user interviews, and using design to bring clarity to the development process

• Demonstrated experience designing for data-heavy enterprise applications, as well as designing for distinct various user personas

• Deep expertise in information architecture and interaction design

• Advanced skills in design tools (Figma and Storybook)

• Experience in evolving design systems, component libraries and pattern guidelines for complex ecosystems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment

• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams throughout the development process

Desired Skills

• Strong data visualization design skills and experience with complex user workflow design

• Experience in designing intuitive interfaces for complex workflows for expert users

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong interest in financial markets and a desire to work directly with investment professionals.

• Proficiency in quantitative design metrics and user research methodologies

• Interest in designing for AI and emerging technologies
