Job summary

Raydar in Tribeca, New York City, seeks a Senior Product Designer to own product design from research through launch. This IC role focuses on making complex, data-heavy workflows clear and useful, while crafting novel AI user experiences and partnering with engineering to deliver polished products.

You'll research with lawyers and admins, translate findings into opportunities, and contribute to product strategy.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of product-design experience on real software products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong work on complex, data-heavy tables, dashboards, or workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to design thoughtful, novel AI user experiences.
• Expert Figma skills, including systematic design work and interactive prototyping.
• An opinionated, well-reasoned approach to user experience and product decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working through engineering tradeoffs.
• Experience designing products for legal, administrative, or other complex professional workflows.
• Experience shaping a new product line or contributing to product strategy.
• Startup experience, ideally combined with experience at a larger technology company.

Responsibilities

Its products are used by hundreds of firms, and the company is hiring its first full-time designer to shape a critical product surface.

The role

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $210K to $270K.
• Equity of 0.25% to 0.75%.

Location and work model

• Five days per week in Tribeca, New York City, with occasional remote flexibility.
