About the Senior Product Designer Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s passionate about simplifying the complexity of healthcare operations through thoughtful, user-centered design. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to build intuitive experiences that directly improve patient care delivery and facility operations.
You’ll own critical projects from concept to launch, helping shape the future of Anthuria’s platform and driving real-world impact for frontline healthcare teams.
Pay Transparency
The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon work experience, and/or skill level, among other things. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Location
Anthuria is headquartered in a brand new office space in New York's Hudson Yards. We've designed our workplace to foster the collaboration and spontaneous interactions that drive innovation. Our team works in-office four days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead design initiatives across our AI-driven operating system for nursing homes and senior living facilities
Simplify complex healthcare workflows into elegant, user-friendly interfaces
Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate tightly with Product Managers and Engineers in iterative development cycles
Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Create and evolve an agile, scalable design system that enables faster, more consistent product development
Evolve and maintain our design system to ensure scalable, consistent, and delightful user experiences
Champion the voice of the user across teams and advocate for design excellence at every stage
Who You Are
5+ years of product design experience, preferably with experience in B2B SaaS healthcare, healthtech, or other complex industries
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX thinking, crisp interaction design, and polished visual execution
Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools (especially Figma)
Expertise in building and maintaining agile design systems (especially in fast-moving product environments)
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is energized by ambiguity, iteration, and real-time feedback
Deep empathy for users, especially clinicians, patients, and operational teams
Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and communicating design decisions clearly and persuasively
Bonus Points
Experience designing healthcare or clinical workflows (e.g., EHR, care management, diagnostics)
Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS requirements, etc.)
Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) to better partner with engineers
