Job summary

Sotheby’s seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape digital experiences across customer-facing apps and internal tools. You will lead UX strategy, IA, and UI work across discovery, research, and prototyping for diverse global users.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in product/UX/UI design, a strong portfolio, and mastery of Figma; you will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional partners to elevate design quality and impact.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product/UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing and enterprise experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools.
• Systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with responsive design; mobile experience a plus.
• Background in e-commerce, logistics, or service workflows is advantageous.

THE ROLE

Sotheby’s is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape a range of digital experiences across both customer-facing applications and sophisticated operational tools. You’ll work across discovery, UX, IA, and UI to design for diverse user groups across the global art and luxury ecosystem.

The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $140,000-$150,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
