Job summary

abstract.us is looking for a Senior Product Designer in New York City or Salt Lake City. As the first design hire, you'll lead the design lifecycle and influence product direction directly reporting to the CEO.

You will design enterprise SaaS workflows, develop scalable design systems, and create marketing materials. A compensation range of $110,000–$180,000 plus equity and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years product design experience, including startup scale-up.
• Proficiency across the full product design lifecycle.
• Expertise in enterprise SaaS workflow redesign.

What you'll do

• Build scalable design systems and brand guidelines
• Create marketing and sales collateral alongside product and engineering

What we're looking for

• 4+ years product design experience, including startup scale-up
• Proficiency across the full product design lifecycle
• Enterprise SaaS workflow redesign expertise
• Figma expertise plus familiarity with Adobe Suite and AI tools

Nice to have

• Legal tech, govtech, or policy industry background
• Founding or early designer startup experience
• Motion design and animation skills
