Our retail client is looking for a Sr. Product Designer (40 hrs/week, 3-month contract with potential to extend or convert). Hybrid role.

Location: Chicago preferred (Hybrid, Downtown)

Pay Range: $62/hr.

Type: Contract (Possible contract-hire)

Duration: 3 months to start

Overview:

You'll partner with UX, product, engineering, and operations to design impactful health & wellness experiences from Discovery through Delivery. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you'll own complex features and initiatives, ensuring best-in-class user experiences rooted in data, accessibility, and user-centered design.

Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistency and translate research into solutions
• Use and evolve our design system to drive scalable, cohesive experiences
• Communicate design ideas effectively and find alignment between user and business needs
• Incorporate user insights, technical and platform constraints into solutions
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
• Participate in user research and testing; promote design thinking across teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Product Design, HCI, UX or related field
• 3+ years of consumer-facing design experience across desktop and mobile
• Portfolio showing strong design thinking from concept to launch (required)
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC
• Familiar with WCAG, agile teams, and design systems
• Strong communicator and collaborator

Bonus: Experience using data and research to iterate on live products.
