The Design team’s mission is to design best-in-class financial experiences that empower users to manage their financial lives with confidence. We work cross-functionally with product, engineering, content design, and research to deliver solutions that are accessible, user-focused, and scalable. The team operates in a lean, innovative, and collaborative environment at Robinhood.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the visual and interaction design across Robinhood’s product ecosystem. You’ll work from 0 to 1, building entirely new systems while maintaining a cohesive design identity. Your focus will be on delivering best-in‑class craft, with opportunities to prototype and explore motion to create polished, engaging experiences!
Design at Robinhood is AI‑first. This is a role for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in‑person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$166,000 - $195,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$146,000 - $172,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$129,000 - $152,000 USD
