Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Design/Visual UI Design/UI/UX.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a design team.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end technologies.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed design team and guide designers on software interfaces.
• Create workflows, user prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs.
