Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead the Experience Design team within the Accelerator. You will guide strategy, drive collaboration across Risk, Technology, Product and Design, and mentor designers to deliver human-centered solutions that balance user needs with business goals.

Hybrid work model in McLean, VA, with a salary range reflecting seniority and location. You will partner with stakeholders to shape product direction and elevate design systems and practices

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role.
