Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, tooling, castings, mechanics, and materials science.
• Proficient in GD&T and mechanical tolerancing.
• Experience with commercial and government/defense products.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle design from concept through production.
• Oversee prototype fabrication, testing, and documentation of test reports.
• Perform engineering analyses and simulations to optimize performance.
• Develop 3D CAD models and maintain drawings using Creo.
• Ensure safety, functionality, and durability of all designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors.
• Prepare Design FMEAs and Technical Data Packages.
